Necessity has often been considered the mother of inventions, naturally a creative functional design process often occurs to fill the void. Openserve has emerged through scenarios such as this, when there is a need for an object or product that simply does not exist.

Over many years openserve has gained significant experience in consulting, designing, and delivering bespoke audio-visual systems and products for live events and touring industries. Projects have comprised of bespoke media servers, fibre optic video and network transmission systems, projector flying frames, projection filtration cages and more. These systems and designs have been used extensively throughout the UK and Europe ranging from corporate events to live television shows.  

This experience has led to a deeper understanding and knowledge of design and engineering process.
